Kangkong Nutritional values

 The nutrients in kangkong is almost equal to milk, banana and orange. It is able to reduce blood pressure, gives immunity to cancer, improve vision, boost immunity and treat skin diseases. 

 It also contains carotene, amino acids including polyphenol (an antioxidant), and minerals such as potassium, iron and magnesium. All this makes the humble vegetable a veritable superfood.

Kangkong was found to have flavonoids, which increased the production of protective mucus, a substance that covered body organs. Through the flavonoid, the stomach and intestines get more protective covering that may help in treating wounds caused by ulcer.

kangkong also helps to reduce blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol.
