Nibiru 1/2

Nibiru, НИБИРУ. 21 December, 2012 – 2014 year
IN 1940 year of last century, American archaeologist Frank Hibben) led a scientific expedition to Alaska to look for fossils of man. He did not find them, but found in the permafrost of vast spaces, filled with the corpses of mammoths, mastodons, bison, horses, wolves, bears and lions. Many of the dead animals were literally blown to pieces. And these fields with the remains of the permafrost animals were distributed to hundreds of miles around … There were trees, animals, layers of peat and moss, mixed together, as if some giant cosmic blender sucked all of them 13,000-14 000 years ago, and then instantly freeze, turning into a solid mass. To the north of Siberia entire islands are formed from the bones of animals, made from the continent into the Arctic Ocean. By some estimates, 10 million animals may be buried along the rivers of northern Siberia. This suggests that a huge tsunami raced on this land, mixing plants and animals, which are then quickly frozen. But the extinction of animals was not limited to the Arctic. Huge piles of mixed bones of mammoths and saber-toothed tigers are found in Florida. Mastodons and other animals have been found quickly frozen in mountain glaciers of Venezuela. This was a global event. Mammoths and bison of Siberia have disappeared along with the giant rhinoceros of Europe, the mastodons of Alaska and the American camels. It is quite obvious that the reason for all this was the total extinction, and it did not happen gradually. What could cause such a global cataclysm?
NASA recognized the possibility (in 1982) the existence of additional planets in our solar system. One year later (1983) NASA launches the IRAS (Infrared Astronomikal Satellite Infrared Artificial Satellite) which detects a large object. The Washington Post summarized an interview with a scientist from the program of JPL IRAS.
Heavenly body possibly larger than Jupiter, the giant and probably as close to Earth, could be part of this solar system was discovered in the direction of the constellation Orion orbiting telescope.
All I can say is that we do not know what it is – said Gerry Niugbauer Senior Fellow Program IRAS. All Governments know this and they are taking vigorous steps for the survival and preserve their power, with the appearance of Planet X (Nibiru).
They know that they ne be able to save everyone, but only those considered to be worthy of salvation. Orbital inclination of Nibiru around 30 degrees to the plane of motion of the Sun or the ecliptic. Since Nibiru passes through our solar system, moving in the opposite direction with respect to other planets, it sometimes moves the planet, as the main reason for making the destruction. Nibiru was known as the winged (or horned) drive in the Earth’s past people. Fact: as soon as Nibiru invaded the solar system, it quickly accelerated below the ecliptic, passed behind and below the sun, before returning and Proetho bottom of the sun at an angle of 33 degrees.
Now NASA is watching Nibiru with the new SPT (South Pole Telescope Area) telescope at the South Pole.
Knowledgeable people from NASA, DoD – National Military Intelligence, SETI, and the CIA assume that two thirds of the world population will die during the pole shift of the passage of Nibiru. Another 2 / 3 of those who survive the early waiting for hunger and death within 6 months!
Roman geographer Pomponius Mela: “The Egyptians are proud of the fact that they are the oldest people on the planet. In Egyptian chronicles you can read about the stars that change the direction of the four times, the sun, twice getting into the wrong side of the sky where now rises. Even Herodotus, the second book of stories written about his conversations with Egyptian priests (5th century before our
AD). The priests claimed that the entire era of Egyptian Civilization (11-12 000 years, 341 generations) at exactly 4 times the sun changed direction, twice rising where now sits, and twice he sat down there, which now goes
for all people Do not confuse the comet Elenin and Nibiru. Comet – it’s just a comet. Nibiru is a giant planet – as the size of Saturn (maybe even more) just like Jupiter. It is of enormous size. Nibiru is now outside the zone of Copper – but at high speed close to the earth – date approach it – the end of 2012 – 2014 year (most probably 2014)

A bell is hanging high up in a belfry in Africville, Nova Scotia, baffling community members who say it mysteriously appeared one night at the site of a church that's being rebuilt to commemorate the black community that once flourished there.

"It's no easy feat because there are no stairs inside, so how they actually got up there to attach the bell is a bit of a mystery," Daurene Lewis from the Africville Heritage Trust told CTV News.

Africville, a historically black community along the shores of Halifax Harbour, was deliberately destroyed in the 1960s when residents were relocated and homes levelled to make room for a bridge.

The rebuilding of the community, including a replica of the church destroyed at the time, is finally nearing completion after decades of talks.

Lewis, who heads the group overseeing construction, said it the bell was mysteriously hung on what looks like climbing rope.

"As far as I know, there haven't been any reports of missing bells," she said.

Since the original design for the church didn't include a bell in the belfry, contractors now need to decide whether they want to make the bell permanent.

"But whether it's a ship's bell or what, where it came from, of course, we won't know that until the contractors take it down," Lewis said.

11 Signs Cholesterol Could Be Harming Your Legs

Cholesterol can clog the heart's blood vessels, but it can also affect the legs, leading to peripheral arterial disease, or PAD.
Up to 12 million people in the U.S. have PAD, which is linked to a higher risk of heart disease, heart attack and stroke, says David Slovut, M.D., director of advanced interventional therapy at Montefiore Medical Center.
After five years, 20 percent of people with PAD will have had a nonfatal heart attack.
Here are 11 signs you could have PAD. The good news? It's treatable.
Pain In The Legs

An extremely common PAD symptom is claudication -- a type of leg pain or discomfort.

Because the arteries are clogged, they can't deliver enough blood to the legs to support exertion. Some people say their legs feel "heavy" or tired, or they report a burning pain, Dr. Slovut says.

The pain can be in any part of the leg, from the calf to the thigh or buttock, and it may be in one or both legs. It's also reproducible: The pain happens when walking a certain distance (like two blocks), it's relieved by rest, and then occurs again when walking the same distance.

Nighttime Cramps

While sleeping, people with PAD may get cramps or spasms, typically in the heel, forefoot or toes, says Darren Schneider, M.D., director of the Center for Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center.

The pain can often be relieved by dangling the foot off the bed or sitting in a chair, which allows gravity to assist in driving blood flow to the feet, Dr. Schneider says.

Skin And Nail Changes

PAD can cause changes in the toenails and the skin on the legs.

Because the legs aren't receiving normal blood flow or nourishment, you may notice that you are losing hair on the feet and legs, or that it's growing back more slowly if you shave it.

The skin on the legs may get shiny and tight, and toenails may thicken or grow more slowly. All of these are usually experienced together, Dr. Schneider says.

Unusual Skin Coloring

One of the things doctors look for is a change in the color of your legs. When raised, a leg may be white because of compromised blood flow.

Then, when the leg is dangled from the table, it can turn reddish or purplish in color, says Dr. Schneider, because the body has dilated the blood vessels to increase flow to the feet.

In some people with PAD, the feet or toes are pale or bluish when they're sitting, due to a lack of circulation.

Cold Feet

Feet or legs that feel cold, or are cool to the touch, may be an indicator that you have PAD. But it's not really the best indicator, says Dr. Schneider.

That's because this is a common problem and it can happen to anyone as he or she ages -- even someone without PAD.

Sores That Don't Heal

In people with more advanced PAD, a reduction in circulation can result in foot ulcers that don't heal.

Known as ischemic ulcers, these should be treated quickly, says Dr. Schneider.

The ulcers may be brown or black, and they're often painful (as opposed to diabetic foot ulcers, which may be painless due to diabetes-related nerve damage).

Erectile Dysfunction

Numbness Or Weakness

If your legs or feet feel numb or weak while you are resting, it could be a sign of PAD.

"Some patients will just say their legs get weak and feel like they will give out, and some get numbness in their feet," says Dr. Schneider. People who have symptoms when resting -- not just while walking or exercising -- usually have more severe PAD, he says.

Atrophy Of Calf Muscles

People with more advanced PAD may experience atrophy, or a reduction in the size of their calf muscle. On the microscopic level, a lack of adequate blood flow can lead to a decline in the number and size of muscle fibers.

In fact, those with severe PAD can lose more than half of their muscle fibers in an affected area, and the remaining muscle fibers tend to atrophy or shrink in size.

Tissue Death

About 80 percent of people with PAD never progress beyond having relatively mild symptoms, says Dr. Schneider, but a small minority of people can experience extreme symptoms.

In advanced stages, the disease can cause tissue death and even gangrene, which can be limb- and life-threatening, he says. PAD can even lead to amputation in some cases, but quitting smoking, eating healthy, taking medication and even having bypass or angioplasty can improve circulation in the leg.

No Symptoms At All

Most people with PAD have no symptoms. However, people at a greater risk for PAD may want to be tested, since the disease ups your chance of heart attack and stroke.

PAD is more likely to occur in smokers, people over 50 and those with diabetes. You're also more likely to get PAD if you have high cholesterol or blood pressure, or a strong family history of heart disease or stroke.

Top 10 Detoxifying Foods

Top 10 Detoxifying Foods

Listen to this article. Powered by Odiogo.com
le I’m a firm believer that detoxification is an essential part of optimal health, I acknowledge there is a lot of misinformation on how to detox safely and effectively. I’m often asked, “What is the best detox/detox kit?” My answer is simple: We’re all biochemically unique and thus, have different biochemical demands. There are a number of organs which aid in the removal of the dangerous exogenous and endogenous toxins from our body.
Therefore, it’s highly recommended to seek the guidance of a qualified health-care provider before you begin a detox regimen.
That being said, there are a number of foods you can eat safely on a regular basis to get a gentle detox daily. Below are my favourites:
 Beetroot
You can’t beat beets! Beets are full of vitamins B3, B6, C and beta-carotene. They’re also a valuable source of iron, magnesium, zinc and calcium — all necessary to promote optimal detoxification and elimination. Beets also support good gallbladder and liver health — organs that are paramount for breaking down and removing toxins. The high amount of fibre in beetroot improves digestion and helps eliminate bodily waste.
Sea Vegetables
Often known as seaweeds, these amazing foods house powerful antioxidants that help to alkalize the blood and strengthen the digestive tract. The algin in seaweeds absorb toxins from the digestive tract in much the same way a water softener removes the hardness from tap water. Sea vegetables offer the broadest range of minerals of any food, containing virtually all the minerals found in the ocean — the same minerals that are found in human blood. Dulse is my personal fave.
Dandelions

Dandelions are considered a powerhouse food full of nutrients that are essential for anyone regularly eating the “Standard American Diet” (SAD). They’re a rich source of minerals and provide a variety of phytonutrients. They’re super antioxidants that support cleansing of the digestive tract and offer great liver support. Try adding dandelion leaves to your salad.
Broccoli Sprouts

Broccoli is part of the powerhouse brassica family of vegetables. Broccoli contains important phytochemicals that are released when they’re chopped, chewed, fermented, cooked or digested. The substances are released then break down into sulphorophanes, indole-3-carbinol and D-glucarate, which all have a specific effect on detoxification. Broccoli sprouts can actually provide more benefit than regular broccoli as they contain 20 times more sulfurophane. Add these to your salads and get creative with them in your meals.
Flaxseed

One of my favourite “superfoods,” flaxseeds serve many purposes. When detoxifying your body, it’s essential to ensure toxins are eliminated properly. Ground flaxseeds provide a wonderful source of fibre that helps to bind and flush toxins from the intestinal tract. They’re also a great source of health promoting omega 3 oils. Try consuming two tablespoons of found flaxseeds in lemon water every morning.
Lemons

Who doesn’t love lemon? This wonderful fruit stimulates the release of enzymes and helps convert toxins into a water-soluble form that can be easily excreted from the body. Drinking lemon water, which is alkaline-forming, first thing in the morning will help to balance out the acidity of foods we’ve consumed. Don’t forget to add your ground flaxseeds to enhance toxin removal.
Garlic
No detox plan should be without some garlic: It’s a powerful antiviral, antiseptic and antibiotic. Ridding your body of these pathogenic microbes can reduce endogenous (made by your body) toxins. The vital sulphuric compounds garlic contains makes it an essential detoxifier.
Artichoke

Artichokes are not only a very tasty food, they’re also incredibly healthy. Artichokes have been shown to increase bile production and purify/protect the liver. They also have a mild diuretic effect on the kidneys, ensuring proper removal of toxins once the liver breaks them down.
Tumeric

Curcumin is the active ingredient in the spice turmeric, which gives it its yellow color. The rate at which your detox pathways function depends on your genes, your age, lifestyle and a good supply of nutrients involved in the detox process. Curcumin is used a lot in Ayurvedic Medicine to treat liver and digestive disorders.
Apples

Apples are full of wonderful nutrients. You get fibre, vitamins, minerals and many beneficial phytochemicals such as D-Glucarate, flavonoids and terpenoids. All of these substances are used in the detox process. One flavonoid, Phlorizidin (phlorizin), is thought to help stimulate bile production which helps with detox as the liver gets rid of some toxins through the bile. Apples are also a good source of the soluble fibre pectin, which can help detox metals and food additives from your body. It’s best to eat only organic apples as the non-organic varieties are among the top 12 foods that’ve been found to contain the most pesticide residues.
